In winter the skin becomes dry and become lifeless. Follow these tips to make your skin shine.


  • Take 3 tbsp milk cream, 2tbsp honey, a bit baking soda. First mix baking soda and mix it with milk cream. Then mix honey into that mixture. Apply this on to the face and next. Leave it for some time and then wash off. Just feel the difference after.
  • According to the age, skin tend to lose its natural beauty. To make your skin gain its beauty ,make a mixture of egg white, honey, curd and sugar. Apply this mixture and leave it for 30 mins. Then wash off.
  • Take banana. Mash it. Mix cucumber juice, 2tbsp curd , 1tbsp olive oil to it. Apply this mixture and wash off with warm water.

More tips for reducing Dandruff

Due to dandruff your hair may become dry grass and life less. Follow these tips to control dandruff
  • The reasons for dandruff may be due imbalanced work by the oil glands,because of the foods that are not suitable to you,more stress,using more concentrated shampoo, due to pollution.
  • Do not apply shampoo directly on to the head. First wet your hair , apply shampoo sprinkling water simultaneously.
  • Its natural that if you have dandruff, you may feel itchy. So do not rub your head hard. This may hurt the skin on your scalp
  • Warm the olive oil,massage this over your head. Take a towel, dip it in warm water. Wrap this towel over your head for around 15 Min's. Then wash off your hair with shampoo. Do this once in a week.
  • While preparing henna mixture for hair add beetroot juice in it. This helps in reducing dandruff and also controls hair fall. Mixture of beetroot juice and ginger juice also works good for this.
  • Rub the dried lemon soaked in coconut milk . This also helps in reducing dandruff.

There is no need to go with costly cosmetics to look beautiful. There are few tips in your hands which are not costly.
  • Many of them will have black skin around nails. For this you can apply lemon juice or apply almond oil to get the same result.
  • If you want t get shine in your hair, add a teaspoon of vinegar to your shampoo and use this once a week for head bath.
  • Oats , which you take for breakfast Can be used as a beauty appliance.. Apply oats mixed with honey to face ,arms ,hands and neck.
  • Take few ice cubes ,wrap them in a cotton cloth. Put few drops of aroma oil on this and massage with this wrap on your face. This relaxes your face and also helps in getting glow.
  • For the feet to be clean, add salt to warm water . Put your your feet in the water for sometime and clean with pumice stone.

Winter Care Tips

This is the season where your skin becomes dry  and damaged often. Also dandruff tends to increase than normal. Here i am going to provide basic tips you need to follow daily.
  • I would advice everyone to start the day with exercise or yoga. This makes a fresh start for the day.
  • As soon as you take the bath apply moisturiser while you are still wet.
  • While going out,  apply good sunscreen lotion cause still we have sun outside.
  • Apply coconut oil, before an hour you take head bath. This helps in making your moisturised and prevent it from becoming dry.
  • Do not apply coconut oil for long time if you have dandruff.This makes more worse.
  • Soak few almonds in water. Take at least 2 daily. This makes skin nourished.
  • If you wanna bath second time a day, just bath with water do not apply soap. If you apply soap this makes your skin more dry. Then again apply moisturiser.
  • Most of them take less water during this season. But its important to have lots of water, which makes you skin look healthier.
  • Also apply lip balm preventing lips from cracking.

OATMEAL:
Its a good ingredient for face pack.Mix it with honey and curd for a face pack.
You can make scrub with it by mixing it with honey. This helps in removing dead cells, black heads and helps in making skin smooth.

This fruit has moisturising property. Make mask with mashed avocado, egg white and olive oil. Apply it and then wash off.

Tips for Reducing Hair Fall

Most of them are facing this issue from young to old. Losing hair is really pain full.If you neglect this, and if hair fall still continues, this leads to bald head in men and you will be able to see the scalp without hair. And for women it is an asset for beauty.
Here I am providing simple tips that can be followed at home.
  • Rub garlic juice on the scalp . Leave it overnight. Then wash off your hair with mild shampoo.
  • Apply coconut oil regularly at least 2 - 3 times a week. Massage the oil on the scalp. This helps in circulating the blood and makes the roots strong. Leave it for 1 - 2 hours and then wash it off.
  • Apply henna 15 days once. This also helps in preventing hair loss.
  • Egg also helps in this. Add 1 egg to any oil containing vitamin E.Whip the mixture and apply it. Wash it off after 30 Min's.
  • Do not  comb wet hair. Cause hair is weak when its wet. Hair loss will be more while clearing the knots when hair is wet. Instead apply any combing serum and then comb your hair.
  • You need to have 7 - 8 hours sleep daily. This is the time when the body does regeneration.
  • Use mild herbal shampoos.  Condition your hair regularly.
  • Stress is also one of reason for hair fall. So practising meditation also helps.
  • Do not take any chemical treatment for hair. This makes hair growth less.

Take proper food. Drinks lots of water. Have the food containing proteins(Ex Fish , Eggs, Nuts..etc). Stop taking co fee and alcohol. Exercise regularly. This is helpful for the whole body.

These days ,most of them are suffering from pimples . Not only teens are suffering with this. These may be caused due to heredity, pollution,excessive oil produced and lack of care too. The tips mentioned below are very easy to follow and can be prepared at home.
  • Make paste of coriander/pudina leaves and apply it on the face. Let it dry for a while. Then wash off your face with Luke warm water.
  • Make paste with neem leaves and apply this mixture to the face. Neem acts as anti fungal agent. It also cures wounds caused on the skin. Consuming neem juice makes your skin glow and also helps in curing intestinal problems caused by worms. Add neem leaves to the water and then bath.This helps in solving skin problems.
  • Pimples are also caused due to dandruff. If you have dandruff, try to reduce this first.
  • Wash your face very frequently. Use good cleanser to clear your skin.
  • Make paste of garlic and apply it n face. This works very effectively.
  • Apply tomato juice.
Besides these tips, try to reduce eating oily food. Exercise at least 30 mins a day. This helps in blood circulation.

Tips for Reducing Dandruff

Today in the world almost everyone is suffering with dandruff. Dandruff looks like dry,flaky skin.Dandruff is caused much in winter. There are many shampoos available at market . But this is powerful and may cause hair fall. Follow the below simple tips to reduce dandruff naturally at home.

  • Soak fenugreek seeds overnight. Make a paste of this along with some neem leave in it. Apply this paste and then leave it for 20 mins. Then wash your hair off with mild shampoo.
  • You can also make paste of fenugreek leaves instead of seeds as mentioned in the above step. 
  • Wash your hair as frequently as possible. Keep cleaning your comb every time you wash your hair.
  • When you have less time, apply curd before you to go bath . Leave it for about 15 mins. Then wash your hair.
  • Apply Aloe Vera paste which also works god for dandruff.
  • Add few lemon drops in to coconut oil. Massage the oil on your head . Leave it overnight. Shampoo your hair the next day.
  • Apply henna at least 15 days once. This is really a good tips to reduce dandruff fast.Mix henna with tea decotion and curd. Add few drops of lemon to this.Apply this mixture and leave it at least for an hour.
  • Let the hair completely dry. Do not tie or comb the hair ,while still the hair is wet. Let  it dry and then you can comb or tie.
  • Add camphor to the coconut oil. Heat the oil until camphor is mixed into it. Apply this to your head and massage it before you go to bath.
  • Besides these use umbrella and also tie the scarf to protect your hair from sun rays and also pollution.

Tips for Reducing Dark Circles

There are many reasons for dark circles. This may be due to heredity,lack of sleep,due to excessive stress or it may also be due to any health problem. This may also be due improper care. Follow the below tips at home to reduce dark circles.
  • Have a good sleep . At least 6 to 7 hours a  day.
  • Apply any oil containing vitamin E and message it before you sleep.
  • Cut cucumber into slices. Put a slice on eyes and rest for a while. This really help eyes to relax.
  • While washing the face, see that you are also covering eyes.
  • Add few lemon drops in Olive oil. Massage this on the eyes and leave it overnight.
  • Apply  papaya pulp on eyes and let it dry. Then wash it off.
  • Take cotton , dip in rosewater. Put the cotton on eyes and rest for a while.
  • Cleanse the area around the eyes frequently in a day with water.
Apart from these drink lots of water every day. Have good food and sleep well. Insufficient sleep also will lead to dark circles. Apart from these if you still face the problem consult doctor.

Tips for Beautiful Arms

Due to this pollution and heat effect arms may turn black. If you ignore this , this is going to become permanent. Take care of your arms as you do to your face. Follow the below tips to make your arms look fair.
  • Mix gram flour,potato juice,lemon juice and turmeric. Apply this mixture on arms. Let it dry. Wash it off.
  • Dip cotton in unboiled milk and cleanse the arms with that cotton. This acts as a cleanser.
  • Lemon juice acts as a natural bleaching agent. Apply this on your arms.
  • Mix 3 tbsp of cucumber juice with 1 tbsp of lemon juice along with rose water.Apply this mixture leave it for 20 mins and then wash off.
  • Mix gram flour,lemon juice along with curd. Apply this mixture. Wait until its dry. Then wash it off.
  • Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice. Leave it until its dry. Then wash off.
  • Mix 1tbsp of sugar with any oil and rub this mixture within the palms. This helps in making palms smoother.
For Dark underarms
  • Try rubbing lemon under your armpit. Since lemon makes your skin dry, massage with oil later.
  • Apply mixture of gram flour,turmeric powder,lime and rose water.Leave on for 20 mins,then wash it off.
  • Waxing helps in whitening underarms.
  • Weight loss also helps for lightening underarms.

These days most of us take care of face and other parts but are least bothered about legs. As a result they look messy,fuzzy and unattractive.Follow the below simple tips to make them look great ever.
  • Mix half tbsp vinegar with half cup curd. Apply this mixture and massage on ankles and feet. Let it stay for some time. Then wash it off.
  • Apply mixture of gram flour,milk and salt.Let it dry for 20 mins. Wash off the pack. You can feel the legs soft.
  • In the same way apply the mixture of curd and wheat Flor. This makes your feet soft and also helps reducing the hair growth where the mixture is applied.

  • Make paste of fenugreek leaves . Add sufficient curd to it. Apply the mixture to hair. Stay for 15 -20 mins and then wash off. This makes your hair look shiny.

  • Apply Castor oil which helps in hair growth.
  • Apply Aloe Vera paste which helps in healing scalp and also acts as a conditioner to hair.

Tips for Beautiful Skin

No matter how old are you, skin appearance brings you the difference. So try to maintain skin healthy.
There are very simple tips which you can follow at home to get beautiful skin. I will provide some of the tips which i follow and has no side effects
  • Take 2 tbsp of milk add some honey in it. Mix the contents and apply it on face . Leave it for 10-15 mins and then wash off. This makes your skin glow and moisturised.
  • Make paste of papaya pulp. Add honey and milk in it. Apply the mixture on face. leave it for 15 mins.Then wash it off. Papaya gets a kind of golden glow on your face.
  • Soak some rice in water. Let it soak for 10-15 mins. Along with this rice , you can grind either pudina leaves or coriander leaves or carrot pieces. Grind the mixture. Don't grind it very soft. You can use this mixture as a scrub. You can use this mixture while bathing to the entire body.Pudina makes your skin fair. Coriander helps in removing black spots. Carrot too make skin look bright.
  • Add sugar in Olive oil. Apply this as a scrub to entire body. This helps in removing dead cells.
  • In milk add pinch of salt. Dip cotton in it and then cleanse face with cotton.This helps in removing dirt from skin.

Apart from applying all these things externally, you also need to take good food internally. Reduce taking oily foods. This makes your skin look dull. Instead take fresh fruits and vegetables. Have Oats which reduces cholesterol in your body. Make fruit juices at home. They really work.
  • Take 3 Carrots and  half a beetroot. Peal them and grind them with sufficient water. Filter the juice and have it. You can also add apple to this mixture.
  • You can also have Orange juice.
  • Eat few almonds daily. Soak them overnight. Peel of the skin and eat them. Almonds make your skin glow. Even Walnuts do the same thing.
  • Have citrus juices which helps in slowing down the ageing process.
