Hair Care in Winter

Use the shampoo which is cream based containing avocado, Olive oil. Always use good conditioner after shampoo.

Protect your hair from direct sun rays and pollution. Be careful while using curl Iron, Heat Iron, Dryers etc.
Trim your hair monthly once. This will help from split ends. Always use ammonium free colors.

Do head bath regularly. Apply at least 3 days oil in a week. Apply oil before sleep.

In winter you don't feel thirsty. Still you should have 8 to 10 glasses of water.

Fight against Dandruff:

Soak 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds overnight. Make it paste. Apply it over the scalp.Leave for about half an hour. Wash off your hair with shikakai. Let the hair dry naturally.

DO not intake the food having carbohydrates. This will increase dandruff.

 Tablet Aspirin which is used for headache , also helps in treating dandruff. salicylic Acid in it acts as anti dandruff. Make it powder and mix it in shampoo. Use this while doing head bath.

 Use a cup of Maionese, massage with fingers till the roots of hair.After 20 mins wash your hair clean. Your hair looks very silky.

For Removing Tan:

Take 2 tbsp papaya paste, 2 tbsp honey and massage your face with this mixture.

Take 2 tbsp sandal wood powder, 3 drops of lemon juice, 2 tbsp badam paste, 3 drops of milk. Mix them into paste. Apply this pack and wash off your face after 20 mins.

Don't forget to use sunscreen lotion.

Benefits of Badam

Badam which is very costly gives you many benefits to your health.You can avoid cholesterol with Badam.

  Badam helps you from Cancer. The calcium in badam helps in making bones strong. Iron in badam helps in preparing haemoglobin.Thus avoiding lack of blood.

  Vitamin E in it is Anti oxidant and Cancer.
  It Helps in preventing from forming blocks in blood veins.

  If you take badam within limits you will not gain weight. Its helps in making skin and hair beautiful.

We know that for weight loss we should control the in take of calories.

Most of them used to think that than taking solid food particles, its good to have liquids.But this is not true.

Liquids doesn't fill our stomach.Instead we tend to take more fluids.Fluids contain more sugar. SO we are directly taking more calories.Soda ,tea , soft drinks give 5 times more calories.

   So its better to have fruit directly, instead of taking juices. In this way you can avoid the problems caused by taking juices.

Beauty tips during Rainfall

There will be change in the climate in rainy season. So based on the change in the season we need to take care of skin and hair.So please continue using the sunscreen lotion which you were using in Summer. DO not have over make up in rainy season.
  Daily wash your face at least 2 times.Use the toner which doesn't have alcohol in it. Once a week, use scrubber to remove dead skin cells and black heads. Use moisturiser in all seasons.

   In rainy season there will be a chance of getting fungus infection. So after bath dry out your body with towel until its dry. Do not leave it wet. Please take care that there is not we under arms, and also in the middle of fingers for feet..
 
  Cut the nails very carefully. See that there is not dirt inside the nails.

 Even after head bath dry out your hair. Do not comb the hair while it is wet. DO head bath at least twice a week.Apply oil at least once a week.
