- In the egg white, add tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp corn flour. Mix this into paste and apply it on face.After its dry wash off your face. Do this twice a week. This helps in removing black heads and skin becomes soft.
- Boil the water with marigold flowers in it.Boil till the water becomes half of the original quantity.Apply this water from scalp to the hair tips. After an hour wash hair with mild shampoo.This turns the white hair into reddish. This also acts as organic Hair dye.

- In pine apple paste , add egg white and honey. Apply this mixture to face.Wait for 15 minutes and then wash off. DO this weekly once. This makes your skin glow.

Hair Care in Winter
Use the shampoo which is cream based containing avocado, Olive oil. Always use good conditioner after shampoo.
Protect your hair from direct sun rays and pollution. Be careful while using curl Iron, Heat Iron, Dryers etc.
Trim your hair monthly once. This will help from split ends. Always use ammonium free colors.
Do head bath regularly. Apply at least 3 days oil in a week. Apply oil before sleep.

Dandruff Still???
- While going in rush, during day time with sun warming up definitely do head bath with the shampoo which had less concentration of chemicals.
- People who have oily skin , need to have head bath very often. Do not apply more and more conditioner,color or hair sprays. If you want to use, take the advice and then proceed.
- So while taking head bath with shampoo or shikakai powder , clean the hair until everything goes off from hair with more water. If not dandruff may increase.
- If u take head bath or not, but at least for every 2 to 3 days clean your comb, hair bands. Make schedule such that you do not undergo any pressure or tension. Take rest, practice Yoga and Meditation.
- TRy to have vitamin 'B' in the food.Fish,beans,fresh vegetables,almonds are best sources for this.

Wrinkles on Face????
WE often see wrinkles besides eyes,from the end of nose to the beneath the lips. WE can see this in 60 to 70 % in women. The reasons for this may be the pollution, lack of good food. Some lack deficiency of calcium in the bones near face. To prevent all these we need to concentrate more on skin care.
For wrinkles near eyes:
Wrinkles at eyes are formed very quickly. For this take milk ,add vitamin E oil to it. Massage this mixture around eyes for around a minute.Leave this mixture for 10 mins. Then wash off. You can also apply this mixture on face. If you have pimples do not follow this.
For natural shine on your face:
Take badam powder ,milk powder, aloe vera paste. Add all these along with rose water. Apply this mixture on face. Leave it around 15 mins.Then wash off your face.
Follow this at least once a week.
