- Make a face pack of rose petals, egg white, grounded orange peels. Apply on the skin till it dries and then later wash it off.

- Mix the juice of carrot with honey. Apply it as a pack. It helps in reducing blemishes on the skin. Its also an antidote for acne.

- Apply almond oil every night before going to sleep.

- Daily before going to sleep, wash hands clean and apply moisturiser to hands and nails.
- When nails are wet, do not file them cause nails break when they are wet.
- Well balanced diet and drinking plenty of water helps in keeping nails smooth and healthy.
- Along with hair and skin, pay attention to your nails.Apply cuticle oil to make your nails look fresh.
- Wear rubber gloves to hands while washing dishes. Because chemicals in dish soap take away natural oil from nails.
- Wear nail polish without leaving them bare. Coated nails will be protected from damage and helps in repairing themselves.
- Don't remove top layer of nail polish . This makes top layer of nail to come along with it which helps in keeping nail lubricated and strong.
- Don't bite the nails. This causes nails to be in unhygienic condition.

Here I am providing simple tips that can be followed at home.
- Rub garlic juice on the scalp . Leave it overnight. Then wash off your hair with mild shampoo.
- Apply coconut oil regularly at least 2 - 3 times a week. Massage the oil on the scalp. This helps in circulating the blood and makes the roots strong. Leave it for 1 - 2 hours and then wash it off.
- Apply henna 15 days once. This also helps in preventing hair loss.
- Egg also helps in this. Add 1 egg to any oil containing vitamin E.Whip the mixture and apply it. Wash it off after 30 Min's.
- Do not comb wet hair. Cause hair is weak when its wet. Hair loss will be more while clearing the knots when hair is wet. Instead apply any combing serum and then comb your hair.
- You need to have 7 - 8 hours sleep daily. This is the time when the body does regeneration.
- Use mild herbal shampoos. Condition your hair regularly.
- Stress is also one of reason for hair fall. So practising meditation also helps.
- Do not take any chemical treatment for hair. This makes hair growth less.
Take proper food. Drinks lots of water. Have the food containing proteins(Ex Fish , Eggs, Nuts..etc). Stop taking co fee and alcohol. Exercise regularly. This is helpful for the whole body.
