Here I am providing simple tips that can be followed at home.
Take proper food. Drinks lots of water. Have the food containing proteins(Ex Fish , Eggs, Nuts..etc). Stop taking co fee and alcohol. Exercise regularly. This is helpful for the whole body.

- Rub garlic juice on the scalp . Leave it overnight. Then wash off your hair with mild shampoo.
- Apply coconut oil regularly at least 2 - 3 times a week. Massage the oil on the scalp. This helps in circulating the blood and makes the roots strong. Leave it for 1 - 2 hours and then wash it off.
- Apply henna 15 days once. This also helps in preventing hair loss.
- Egg also helps in this. Add 1 egg to any oil containing vitamin E.Whip the mixture and apply it. Wash it off after 30 Min's.
- Do not comb wet hair. Cause hair is weak when its wet. Hair loss will be more while clearing the knots when hair is wet. Instead apply any combing serum and then comb your hair.
- You need to have 7 - 8 hours sleep daily. This is the time when the body does regeneration.
- Use mild herbal shampoos. Condition your hair regularly.
- Stress is also one of reason for hair fall. So practising meditation also helps.
- Do not take any chemical treatment for hair. This makes hair growth less.
