Beauty tips with honey and sugar..

You don't have to use costly beauty products. You can use the things available at home.
  • In sugar add lemon juice, few rose petals. Make paste of this. Apply this paste to face neck and hands. Leave it for 30 mins. Doing this daily makes your skin look fresh.Sugar acts as naural bleaching agent.
  • For 3 tbsp sugar, add oats and milk. Applying this to skin will not make skin dry.In the same way, mix 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp badam oil and powder of orange peel. Apply this to the body.This acts as scrub in removing dead skin.
  • Some people have black lips. In this case apply paste of sugar and honey to the lips and leave it for 15 mins.Doingthis regularly reduces dark color of lips.
  • For cracked heels, take 3 tbsp sugar, 3tbsp badam oil, 1/2 cup papaya paste. Mix all thes and apply to the heels and do massage. Then wash off with luke warm water. Then remove dead skin with pumice stone.

IF you are busy with office and house hold work, Please concentrate for good health too.Just follow few simple rules for this.Doing exercise daily may not be possible for all. But don't neglect to do exercise.You need to exercise atleast twice in a week. You can do yoga or walking for this. While talking in phone you can walk.If you sit continuously for hours, you may gain weight very fast.If you stand and talk , you may reduce alteast few calories.
  • If you are busy with your work, you tend to eat snacks which ever are available. These leads to calories gain in your body. Instead eat the ones which gives you more protiens and helps in reducing calories. Eat fruits, vegetables. Rice , chocolates,cookies .. intake of these things increases sugar levels . Fat in the body increases. SO try to avoid these..
  • If you want to be active through out the day make a habbit of having break fast daily. in that you should include more fruits. Fibre in them is very good to health.Taking fruits or fruit juices gives you energy instantly.And make habbit of drinking more water.
  • Whenever possible try to laugh more. Due to this you may feel less strain. and this helps in releasing feel good hormones.
