Tips for Beautiful Arms

Due to this pollution and heat effect arms may turn black. If you ignore this , this is going to become permanent. Take care of your arms as you do to your face. Follow the below tips to make your arms look fair.
  • Mix gram flour,potato juice,lemon juice and turmeric. Apply this mixture on arms. Let it dry. Wash it off.
  • Dip cotton in unboiled milk and cleanse the arms with that cotton. This acts as a cleanser.
  • Lemon juice acts as a natural bleaching agent. Apply this on your arms.
  • Mix 3 tbsp of cucumber juice with 1 tbsp of lemon juice along with rose water.Apply this mixture leave it for 20 mins and then wash off.
  • Mix gram flour,lemon juice along with curd. Apply this mixture. Wait until its dry. Then wash it off.
  • Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice. Leave it until its dry. Then wash off.
  • Mix 1tbsp of sugar with any oil and rub this mixture within the palms. This helps in making palms smoother.
For Dark underarms
  • Try rubbing lemon under your armpit. Since lemon makes your skin dry, massage with oil later.
  • Apply mixture of gram flour,turmeric powder,lime and rose water.Leave on for 20 mins,then wash it off.
  • Waxing helps in whitening underarms.
  • Weight loss also helps for lightening underarms.

Tips for Beautiful Legs

These days most of us take care of face and other parts but are least bothered about legs. As a result they look messy,fuzzy and unattractive.Follow the below simple tips to make them look great ever.
  • Mix half tbsp vinegar with half cup curd. Apply this mixture and massage on ankles and feet. Let it stay for some time. Then wash it off.
  • Apply mixture of gram flour,milk and salt.Let it dry for 20 mins. Wash off the pack. You can feel the legs soft.
  • In the same way apply the mixture of curd and wheat Flor. This makes your feet soft and also helps reducing the hair growth where the mixture is applied.
  • Take any cream and apply it on legs. Massage the legs along with cream. This helps in making legs look beautiful and smooth.
  • Apply Olive oil on legs and let it remain overnight. Wash off the excess oil the next day. This leave your legs soft.
  • Massage you r legs with cream or any anti tan lotion to avoid the tan formed on your legs.
Incorporate plenty of vegetables and fresh fruit salads in you food habits.Practise exercises related to legs like swimming, jumping and dancing.
