More Beauty tips......

Take a tbsp of cucumber juice, a tbsp of tomato juice. Add half tbsp of honey to this mixture. Apply this mixture to the face and let it dry. Then wash it off.
This acts as moisturiser.

For reducing darkness around neck and hands, take a tbsp of rice flour, half tbsp turmeric powder, i tbsp honey. Mix all these and apply this to neck and hands. Follow this method regularly for better results.

Dandruff Still???


  • While going in rush, during day time with sun warming up definitely do head bath with the shampoo which had less concentration of chemicals.
  • People who have oily skin , need to have head bath very often. Do not apply more and more conditioner,color or hair sprays. If you want to use, take the advice and then proceed.
  • So while taking head bath with shampoo or shikakai powder , clean the hair until everything goes off from hair with more water. If not dandruff may increase.
  • If u take head bath or not, but at least for every 2 to 3 days clean your comb, hair bands. Make schedule such that you do not undergo any pressure or tension. Take rest, practice Yoga and Meditation.
  • TRy to have vitamin 'B' in the food.Fish,beans,fresh vegetables,almonds are best sources for this.
  • Stay away from the food having carbohydrates in it

More Beauty and Health Tips

  • In 2 tbsp coriander juice ,add bit of turmeric powder and apply on the are affected by pimples.Leave it for while. Then wash off with cool water. This helps in reducing pimples.
  • Take a cup of curry leaves powder,add 2 cups of amla powder. Apply this mixture to head. Wait for about 2 hours and then wash off. This helps in preventing hair loss.
  • Have zinc in your food. Most of them think that we put on weight if we have cashew nuts. But zinc obtained from these in preventing hair loss,diarrhea, for healthy skin. The sources for zinc are cashew nuts, Fish, Meat, Beans ,mutter etc.
  • And also most of them think that if we have milk,will put on weight. but the calcium you obtain from milk helps in strengthening bones and teeth related problems. Sources for calcium are Milk,Curd,Cheese,Nuts,Badam,Oysters,All green leaf vegetables,Lady's Finger etc.
  • Vitamin B helps in digesting the food we take and convert it into energy.. So we lack vitamin B then definitely there may be gain in weight. This also leads to weakness,tiredness.Have Groundnuts,chicken,carrots,broccoli,mushrooms etc.
  • If you lack Iron , this indicates blood levels, tiredness,giddiness. SO you need to intake fish,green leafy vegetables,tofu,strawberry etc.
  • For vitamin 'C' have lemon,tomatoes,papaya,cauliflower,capsicum and spinach. this helps in improving resistance power.

Wrinkles on Face????

WE often see wrinkles besides eyes,from the end of nose to the beneath the lips. WE can see this in 60 to 70 %  in women. The reasons for this may be the pollution, lack of good food. Some lack deficiency of calcium in the bones near face. To prevent all these we need to concentrate more on skin care.

For wrinkles near eyes:
Wrinkles at eyes are formed very quickly. For this take milk ,add vitamin E oil to it. Massage this mixture around eyes for around a minute.Leave this mixture for 10 mins. Then wash off. You can also apply this mixture on face. If you have pimples do not follow this.
For natural shine on your face:
Take badam powder ,milk powder, aloe vera paste. Add all these along with rose water. Apply this mixture on face. Leave it around 15 mins.Then wash off your face.
Follow this at least once a week.
For Skin tightening:
Take egg white. Apply this on face . Leave it for 15 mins and then wash off. This makes your skin tight and healthy too.

Follow these food habits:
DO not forget to take curd,milk ,eggs,soyamilk,Dal.Take fresh vegetables,fruits. Make sure you are getting enough vitamin B,C,calcium,zinc,iron.
Lack of vitamin E makes your skin dry resulting in wrinkles.

Try to sleep an hour without using pillow in  a day .This helps in blood circulation overall the body.Try to laugh a lot.People who are laughing are less prone to wrinkles than people who are always dull and moody.

More Winter Care Tips

In winter the skin becomes dry and become lifeless. Follow these tips to make your skin shine.


  • Take 3 tbsp milk cream, 2tbsp honey, a bit baking soda. First mix baking soda and mix it with milk cream. Then mix honey into that mixture. Apply this on to the face and next. Leave it for some time and then wash off. Just feel the difference after.
  • According to the age, skin tend to lose its natural beauty. To make your skin gain its beauty ,make a mixture of egg white, honey, curd and sugar. Apply this mixture and leave it for 30 mins. Then wash off.
  • Take banana. Mash it. Mix cucumber juice, 2tbsp curd , 1tbsp olive oil to it. Apply this mixture and wash off with warm water.
