Tips for Beautiful Skin

No matter how old are you, skin appearance brings you the difference. So try to maintain skin healthy.
There are very simple tips which you can follow at home to get beautiful skin. I will provide some of the tips which i follow and has no side effects
  • Take 2 tbsp of milk add some honey in it. Mix the contents and apply it on face . Leave it for 10-15 mins and then wash off. This makes your skin glow and moisturised.
  • Make paste of papaya pulp. Add honey and milk in it. Apply the mixture on face. leave it for 15 mins.Then wash it off. Papaya gets a kind of golden glow on your face.
  • Soak some rice in water. Let it soak for 10-15 mins. Along with this rice , you can grind either pudina leaves or coriander leaves or carrot pieces. Grind the mixture. Don't grind it very soft. You can use this mixture as a scrub. You can use this mixture while bathing to the entire body.Pudina makes your skin fair. Coriander helps in removing black spots. Carrot too make skin look bright.
  • Add sugar in Olive oil. Apply this as a scrub to entire body. This helps in removing dead cells.
  • In milk add pinch of salt. Dip cotton in it and then cleanse face with cotton.This helps in removing dirt from skin.

Apart from applying all these things externally, you also need to take good food internally. Reduce taking oily foods. This makes your skin look dull. Instead take fresh fruits and vegetables. Have Oats which reduces cholesterol in your body. Make fruit juices at home. They really work.
  • Take 3 Carrots and  half a beetroot. Peal them and grind them with sufficient water. Filter the juice and have it. You can also add apple to this mixture.
  • You can also have Orange juice.
  • Eat few almonds daily. Soak them overnight. Peel of the skin and eat them. Almonds make your skin glow. Even Walnuts do the same thing.
  • Have citrus juices which helps in slowing down the ageing process.
