For Cracked Heels...

For cracked heels follow the below simple tips..
  • IF your heels are extremely dry then they will definitely crack. Even if you are over weight then the whole weight falls on heels. Choose right foot wear for the feet. Often apply moisturiser to your feet. Remove dead skin frequently.
  • IF your heels are cracked very badly, then apply mixture of rose water and glycerine. Yu can also apply paste of banana. Wash off after 15 minutes.
  • Fill the tub with luke warm water. Add 5 slices of lemon, salt and glycerine to the water.Put your feet in the tub and massage your feet. This acts as good foot mask and helps in removing dead skin. And even cracks come into control.
  • For half cup of aloe vera paste,add camphor and tumeric. Apply this as mask to the feet.

Beauty tips with honey and sugar..

You don't have to use costly beauty products. You can use the things available at home.
  • In sugar add lemon juice, few rose petals. Make paste of this. Apply this paste to face neck and hands. Leave it for 30 mins. Doing this daily makes your skin look fresh.Sugar acts as naural bleaching agent.
  • For 3 tbsp sugar, add oats and milk. Applying this to skin will not make skin dry.In the same way, mix 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp badam oil and powder of orange peel. Apply this to the body.This acts as scrub in removing dead skin.
  • Some people have black lips. In this case apply paste of sugar and honey to the lips and leave it for 15 mins.Doingthis regularly reduces dark color of lips.
  • For cracked heels, take 3 tbsp sugar, 3tbsp badam oil, 1/2 cup papaya paste. Mix all thes and apply to the heels and do massage. Then wash off with luke warm water. Then remove dead skin with pumice stone.

IF you are busy with office and house hold work, Please concentrate for good health too.Just follow few simple rules for this.Doing exercise daily may not be possible for all. But don't neglect to do exercise.You need to exercise atleast twice in a week. You can do yoga or walking for this. While talking in phone you can walk.If you sit continuously for hours, you may gain weight very fast.If you stand and talk , you may reduce alteast few calories.
  • If you are busy with your work, you tend to eat snacks which ever are available. These leads to calories gain in your body. Instead eat the ones which gives you more protiens and helps in reducing calories. Eat fruits, vegetables. Rice , chocolates,cookies .. intake of these things increases sugar levels . Fat in the body increases. SO try to avoid these..
  • If you want to be active through out the day make a habbit of having break fast daily. in that you should include more fruits. Fibre in them is very good to health.Taking fruits or fruit juices gives you energy instantly.And make habbit of drinking more water.
  • Whenever possible try to laugh more. Due to this you may feel less strain. and this helps in releasing feel good hormones.

Olive oil works as wonder medicine in many ways.If your skin is too dry and its hurting you , use olive oil.IT penetrates deep into the layers of skin and gives glow to the skin.Using olive oil in the soap helps to balance ph levels in them.
  • If you want to remove dead skin ,massaging mixture of olive oil and sugar would help. This helps to keep your skin healthier.
  • Hair becomes very dry sometimes.In that case application of olive oil and egg white for about 30 minutes would help. Even in the conditioner add few drops of olive oil before applying.
  • The skin around eye is very sensitive.So while removing eye makeup instead of using make up remover, use olive oil. Use cotton balls with olive oil to remove make up. This only doesn't remove make up but makes skin glow.
  • If your lips become very dry and skin is falling off then apply olive oil. Vitamin E in olive oil makes skin smooth.

Eating Fenugreek leaves is very good to health. In the same way, Fenugreek seeds and its leaves help you to maintain your beauty. Mainly it provides good health to your hair.

For Face: People suffering with pimples and blackheads can apply the paste of fenugreek leaves and turmeric powder. Applying this paste frequently helps you in reducing blackheads and pimples.
Soak fenugreek seeds, paste the seeds and then apply this paste in the night. Wash your face in the morning with Luke warm water. This helps you in reducing pimples.
Fenugreek seeds paste and milk mixture also helps in reducing the wrinkles on the face.

For Hair: Add fenugreek seeds to coconut oil and then apply it to the hair.After 15 minutes wash your hair with Luke warm water.Doing this frequently helps in reducing hair loss. Hair becomes more black and shinier.

Beauty tips with Rose Petals

You can prepare different type of face packs with roses. Its easy to remove remove dead skin, and pimples.
  • Make paste of rose petals. To this paste add curd,lime juice and honey. Apply this paste to face and neck. After 15 minutes wash your face. This pack can be applied both on Oily as well as dry skin.
  • To the paste of rose petals, add oats powder. This can be applied as face pack. This can be used as scrub as well as cleanser. Before applying this pack clean your face with cold water. Apply this mixture and wash your face once the pack becomes dry.
  • To the rose petals paste, add besan powder or curd. Add rose water to this mixture.Apply this mixture to face.After this become dry, first clean the face with milk them with water. This makes your skin soft.
  • To the rose petals paste, add sandal wood powder along with honey. Apply this pack to face and neck. After 15 Min's wash off your face. This pack is good for oily skin who have pimples.
  • Dry the rose petals in Sun. Make powder of it and then you can store this powder and use it whenever needed. TO the rose petals powder add sandal wood powder,few drops of rose water, pinch of turmeric powder. Apply this paste to face. Leave this paste for 20 Min's. Then clean your face first with milk and then with water.

Add these While Bathing

Bathing daily is common. But for the skin to become smooth and soft, follow additional steps to take care.
  • Don't use soaps which are powerful.Don't wash your face more than twice with the soap in a day. Based on your skin type, you have to select Soaps,face wash or shower gels.
  • For a tea spoon oil add either salt or sugar with lemon juice. Apply this scrub overall body weekly once. Then bath with Luke warm water. Doing this helps in removal of dead skin.
  • After bath, it is must to apply moisturiser over all the body. If you don't have that time, then after bath in the last mug of water add olive oil or badam oil and pour it on your body.
  • Bathing after waxing legs and hands makes your skin look more clearer.

Some people look young and beautiful even after years. To gain skin like them, instead of using costly creams, just follow the tips and precautions they take.
  • Cleansing your face daily is really good.Don't apply the cleanser and massage it fast over face. Instead apply it over face and leave it for a minute and then wash off with warm water.
  • Sunscreen plays an important role from protecting skin from the sun. So don't just stop applying the sunscreen once in the morning. Instead apply it every 2 - 3 hours once even if you go outside or not.Then only you can completely protect your skin from sun rays.
  • To protect your skin from wrinkles, daily night apply night cream which has vitamin 'A' in it. This creams help in producing collagen which helps in preventing wrinkles.

Beauty tips done at home

You can make use of all fruits,vegetables available at home. Using these you can protect your skin and make your face glow.
  • Make a mixture of Keera,Glycerine,rosewater. Put this mixture in fridge.Apply this mixture 1 hour before going out and also after coming back from the sun.
  • Add pinch of tumeric powder to sandal wood powder. TO this add some milk. Apply tis paster to face. Wash off the face after few minutes.
  • Add milk to honey. MAssage this mixture on to the face. DO this 4 times in a week. Thism akes your skin softer.
  • TOt he fresh milk add pinch of salt and lime juice. APplying this mixture to the face makes skin pores clean.This makes your face look fresh.In the same way you can apply mixture of tomato juice and lime juice.
  • Applying ghee and Glycerine acts as good mosituriser.
  • Make paste of multani mitti, rose petals, neem leaves, tulsi leaves. This is very good to skin.

To look beautiful we just go for make up. And we do take precautions during this. The small mistakes we do in the process of make up may lead to other issues.
  • In order to reduce Acne use the antibacterial lotion which has salicylic acid in it. Don't just pull of the pimple which leads to infection.
  • Before going to sleep don't forget to remove makeup with cleanser. After removing makeup, apply good moisturiser. Otherwise skin may become dry, may cause pimples or leads to wrinkles.
  • TO make wet hair dry, people often use Hair Drier. Hair drier makes your hair stiff and dry. So before using hair drier use heat protective spray. This helps in reducing damage to he hair caused by hair drier.

  • Often people rub their eyes when the eyes are tired which makes hair of eye lashes fall. Instead when your eyes feel tired, wash your face with cold water.

  • Massage with the oils like badam which contain vitamin E in it.
