- Cleansing your face daily is really good.Don't apply the cleanser and massage it fast over face. Instead apply it over face and leave it for a minute and then wash off with warm water.
- Sunscreen plays an important role from protecting skin from the sun. So don't just stop applying the sunscreen once in the morning. Instead apply it every 2 - 3 hours once even if you go outside or not.Then only you can completely protect your skin from sun rays.
- To protect your skin from wrinkles, daily night apply night cream which has vitamin 'A' in it. This creams help in producing collagen which helps in preventing wrinkles.
- Take the food containing Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants. Nuts leaf vegetables, green tea are good resources of these. People who do exercise daily, have good skin. Blood circulates over all the body if you exercise regularly. So your skin looks fresh.
- Due to stress, hormone cortisol gets release which makes your skin dull and also creates pimples. To avoid this, sleep at least 8 hours daily.
